What is Pre-Training?
The Pre-Training meeting enables effective collaboration and communication so that your on-location training requirements can be tailored to fit your exact needs. Pre-Training involves command staff, training staff, supervisors, IT, and GUARDIAN trainers to review your system goals and objectives approximately two weeks before going on-site.
What is reviewed during a Pre-Training Meeting?
Pre-Training meetings always review system capabilities and how they correspond to your goals, objectives, and implementation schedule. Additionally, policy and procedure questions are asked by GUARDIAN trainers to better understand how you can maximize your use of GUARDIAN.
How are Pre-Training Meetings held?
Pre-Training meetings are held online via WebEx with a scheduled conference call. A Pre-Training meeting generally lasts 60-75 minutes, and is intended to address most, if not all, questions pertaining to your use of GUARDIAN that would normally arise during on-site training.
