Over 96% of all on-location training attendees, including line officers, supervisors, and command staff, would highly recommend GUARDIAN training to their colleagues and friends.
The Training Environment
GUARDIAN On-location training
is heavily tailored to meet the needs and expectations of your staff. GUARDIAN trainers transform a conference room into a mock housing unit or pod. Training equipment, including RFID sensors, are strategically located throughout the room so that attendees can perform repetitive rounds with your new handheld devices.
Over a four hour period, GUARDIAN trainers provide in-depth instruction on using GUARDIAN software and equipment, with nearly three hours of repetitive, hands-on practice.
To further customize the experience, GUARDIAN trainers will coach attendees on your use of the GUARDIAN system based on your policies and procedures, as well as your expectations of system use, which is discussed in detail during your pre-training meeting.
Recommendations
GUARDIAN recommends keeping class sizes to no more than 25 attendees, and to not exceed a handheld to attendee ratio of 3:1 whenever possible.
We do suggest that all attendees bring a notepad and paper/pen to class. When possible, we do ask that all attendees turn off cell phones to minimize interruptions.
Complimentary Beverages & Snacks
GUARDIAN provides complimentary bottled water and cookies for all attendees.
Exam
Please note that all attendees will be required to take an introductory exam, which reviews all fundamentals on using GUARDIAN software and equipment.
Training Certificates
GUARDIAN Training certificates are provided to all attendees for ongoing training credit hours.
