Overview
GUARDIAN features a number of prepared reports, powered by Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. Reports are Web-based and can be quickly built, filtered, printed, and exported into a number of file formats. All reports are easily and securely accessible from any Internet PC.

Automatically Receive Reports Daily via Email
Any GUARDIAN report can be setup to automatically run and delivered via email every 24 hours to any recipient you choose.

Complimentary Custom Reports
Existing GUARDIAN users can request complimentary custom reports to be built and uploaded to your GUARDIAN OnDemand system.

Compliance Report The Compliance Report shows completed Security Checks by date, hour/time, officer, location, and details.		Compliance Monitor Report The Compliance Monitor Report shows all completed Security Checks by location, time, check frequency, officer, and detail. Additionally, checks completed on time are green; late checks are highlighted in red.
Inmate Log Report The Inmate Log Report shows all logged cell checks, Security Checks, general observations, requests, offender transports, as well as meals and recreation. The Inmate Log report can be built by offender name or booking number and filtered by date/time, name, and officer.		Inmate Medication History Report The Compliance Report shows completed Security Checks by date, hour/time, officer, location, and details.
System Usage Report The System Usage Report shows each housing unit over a 24 hour period, and the number of completed and missed checks (by inmate), as well as a percentage of completed checks by hour.		Meal & Recreation Log Reports The Meal and Recreation Log Reports show each time an offender was offered a meal or recreation. These reports display offender name, accept/decline details, date/time, and officer.
Inmate Count (Census) Report The Inmate Count (Census) Report details monthly population counts throughout the month, including the number of inmates housed daily, male/female/juvenile ratios, the highest average daily population, and more.		Facility Checks Report The Facility Checks Report shows all preventative maintenance tasks and whether the tasks are open or closed, follow up notes, the officer/employee that completed each task, date/time, and location.
