Extensive Training and Ongoing Education Result in Successful, Highly Supported Systems

Software is only as effective as your employees' understanding of how to use the solution fully. You can count on Codex to help shorten your organization's learning curve, and provide effective, measured training to your workforce.

According to Gartner, Inc., a research and consulting firm, one reason solutions fail is due to inadequate user training and education. At Codex, we provide extensive, on-location and on-the-job training, as well ongoing technology education to foster proficient, and highly adept users.

Codex offers thorough instruction on how to use Codex solutions through Foundation Workshops, End User Training, On-the-Job training, User Reinforcement Sessions, and Ongoing Technology Education programs.

Before deployment, CodexCare advisors will develop an adoption strategy and communication plan to ensure users and stakeholders are well informed of your organization's software investment. By engaging users early, we can identify and remedy potential barriers to adoption, and isolate other challenges or concerns that would have previously affected implementation efforts.

Foundation Workshops

Codex Foundation Workshops provide essential instruction on why the solution was chosen, what's it's capable of, and how it benefits users at all levels. Successfully communicating the organization's goals and objectives helps stakeholders support the initiative and embrace technology that may have previously been unfamiliar to them.

The last stage of the Foundation Workshop introduces the Codex solution to executives, managers, and supervisors, building upon the skills previously gained.

End User Training

End User Training is an iterative process that involves role playing, case studies, and other instructional exercises designed to build confidence in using the Codex solution. End User Training is generally completed on-location, and may 2-3 days depending upon the number of participating users. We recommend keeping class sizes to no more than 20 users.

On-the-Job Training

On-the-Job Training programs set Codex Training and Education programs apart. To ensure confidence and proficient use in all Codex solutions, CodexCare advisors will accompany system users in the field to provide highly personalized, one-on-one, on-the-job training.

On-the-job training demonstrates Codex's commitment to creating highly proficient users, and maximizing every organization's capabilities in the Connected Economy.

User Reinforcement Sessions

Codex offers User Reinforcement Sessions to rebuild or refresh skills that may have been lost since End User Training. Organizations may schedule User Reinforcement Sessions as-needed or at regular intervals.

Ongoing Technology Education: GUARDIAN University

Achieving long-term success with your Codex solution requires diligent, ongoing education. At Codex, we provide courses that cover a wide range of topics and trends relevant to your organization. Codex also provides courses that prepare decision-makers to upgrade your Codex solution.
