Codex Corp. is a provider of Security Compliance Software delivered as a Service (SaaS) to government agencies and companies to address legal, corporate, and government compliance and risk management. Codex blends innovation and emerging technologies, including radio frequency identification (RFID) and mobile computing to create practical, value-driven software solutions.
The Company develops, markets, and supports its on-demand Security Compliance Software and services.
Founded in 2001, Codex incorporated September 7, 2001 in the State of Minnesota.
In 2005, we began our journey towards aligning our company, our processes, and our organizational commitment to creating a culture of excellence under the banner, “CodexCare.” We wanted to better emphasize our dedication to moving heaven and earth to satisfy our customers, and to transform the software experience. CodexCare is our core competency. Today, our business operations and activities are aligned under our Five Pillars of Excellence: People, Service, Innovation, Finance, and Growth. We are also working to continually improve our implementation of the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence.
Our BHAG is to win the Baldrige National Quality Award for Small Business in 2012, an achievement only a handful of companies have accomplished since the award’s inception in 1987.
