Kenneth Dalley, Sr. is an experienced manager and entrepreneur, having formerly served a President and CEO of Professional Processing, Inc. (PPI), an application service provider, from 1981 to 1994.

Prior to PPI, Mr. Dalley was Vice President and General Manager of Processing Services at Comserv Corporation from 1975 to 1981, which he later purchased to become PPI. In 1994, Scout Information Systems (www.scoutis.com) acquired PPI.

Mr. Dalley started his professional career in sales with Olivetti, a European industrial holdings company active in telecommunications and Information Technology services.

Mr. Dalley holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from Walsh College.
