Kenneth Dalley, Jr. is founder and president of Codex Corp., an
innovation-based business serving the needs of people, enterprises,
and government agencies across the U.S. Codex develops, markets,
and supports its software and Online services that create new opportunities
for productivity, communication, and collaboration.
Since founding Codex Corp. in fall 2001, Mr. Dalley has driven the
company’s entrepreneurial culture, assembling an experienced
team of high technology managers and innovators, overseeing the
company’s product development efforts, and building relationships
with distributors, partners, and customers throughout the United
States.
Prior
to founding Codex Corp., Mr. Dalley possessed broad entrepreneurial
practice in retail, music publishing, magazine publishing, and high
technology. He has served as executive director of the Metropolitan
Ballet, chairman of the Clarion IT Committee, and is a member of
Rotary International.
Mr. Dalley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. John’s
University.
