Dalley, Sr.

Kenneth
Dalley, Sr. is an experienced manager and entrepreneur, having formerly
served a President and CEO of Professional Processing, Inc. (PPI),
an application service provider, from 1981 to 1994.
Prior to PPI, Mr. Dalley was Vice President and General Manager
of Processing Services at Comserv Corporation from 1975 to 1981,
which he later purchased to become PPI. In 1994, Scout Information
Systems (www.scoutis.com)
acquired PPI.
Mr. Dalley started his professional career in sales with Olivetti,
a European industrial holdings company active in telecommunications
and Information Technology services.
Mr. Dalley holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting
from Walsh College.
Dr. Lei-da Chen
Assistant Professor of Information Systems
and Technology in the College of Business Administration, Creighton
University
Dr. Chen is an accomplished researcher and consultant whose interests
include electronic commerce, mobile e-commerce, Web-based systems
development, data warehousing and mining, and diffusion of information
technology in organizations.
Dr. Chen has published over 30 professional articles in refereed
journals and national and international conference proceedings.
His research has appeared in a number of publications such as Information
& Management, Communications of AIS, and Journal of Management
Systems. As a consultant, Dr. Chen has worked with a variety of
firms in the areas of electronic commerce and Web-based systems
development.
In 2001, Dr. Chen was recognized as one of the most published e-commerce
researchers by the International Journal of Electronic Commerce.
Dr. Chen was awarded the Outstanding Faculty Award for 2001 from
Creighton University for receiving “Outstanding” ratings
in teaching, research, and service. Dr. Chen is a member of the
Association of Information Technology Professionals (A.I.T.P.) and
the Association for Information Systems (A.I.S.).
Dr. Chen holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and MBA
from The University of Central Arkansas, and a Ph.D. in Management
Information Systems from The University of Memphis.
Richard P. Daly
President, CONSATECH
Mr. Daly is President of CONSATECH, Inc., a management consulting
and investment firm founded in 1986 that specializes in serving
emerging companies in the computer software and services industry.
From 1971 to 1984, Mr. Daly served as CEO of Comserv Corporation,
the first publicly traded software company in Minnesota. Mr. Daly
holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and an MBA from the University
of Minnesota.
Albin S. Dubiak
Treasurer and National Small Cap Manager,
U.S. Bancorp
Mr. Dubiak began his financial career with McCormick & Co. of
Chicago as a security trader, later becoming Vice President of Investor
Relations at First Bank System, which merged with U.S. Bancorp to
become U.S. Bancorp. As former National Small Cap Manager, Mr. Dubiak
oversaw $4 billion in assets. Currently, Mr. Dubiak is chairman
of the Investment Committee at Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth
Health Services Corporation. Mr. Dubiak holds a B.S. in Business
Administration from Indiana University and an MBA from the University
of Arizona.
